ANNEX I Products requiring an import licence

This An­nex I con­tains in­for­ma­tion on the agri­cul­tural prod­ucts (in Ta­bles A–H) the im­port­ing of which re­quires an AGRIM im­port li­cence. The ta­bles list the CN codes, de­scrip­tions, se­cu­rity re­quired, net quan­ti­ties (i.e. the max­i­mum quan­ti­ties up to which a li­cence is not re­quired), and pe­ri­ods of va­lid­ity. Click on a ta­ble to zoom in. This in­for­ma­tion is also avail­able in Com­mis­sion Im­ple­men­ta­tion Reg­u­la­tion (EU) 2016/1239 and Com­mis­sion Del­e­gated Reg­u­la­tion (EU) 2016/1237. Ta­bles B, E and F have been re­moved since  from 30.9.2017 sugar, gar­lic and other veg­eta­bles of the genus Al­lium as well as pro­cessed prod­ucts in­clud­ing gar­lic and Al­lium am­pelo­pra­sum veg­eta­bles no longer need an AGRIM im­port li­cense.
