1. Introduction

This is a no­tice to traders with re­gard to sales of In­ter­ven­tion Skimmed Milk Pow­der (SMP) cur­rently held in store.

Finnish Food Au­thor­ity is sell­ing SMP stored in the in­ter­ven­tion stor­age in Fin­land ac­cord­ing to no­tice of in­vi­ta­tion to ten­der.

Data Pro­tec­tion: The in­for­ma­tion is saved in the cus­tomer reg­is­ter. The cus­tomer reg­is­ter in­for­ma­tion is used for e.g. pro­cess­ing sup­port and pay­ment ap­pli­ca­tions. In­for­ma­tion is only dis­closed to out­siders if the statu­tory con­di­tions for dis­clos­ing in­for­ma­tion ex­ist. In­for­ma­tion from the cus­tomer reg­is­ter can be dis­closed for ex­am­ple for tak­ing care of of­fi­cial du­ties or sci­en­tific re­search.
