All ten­der close at 12am (Finnish time) prompt on the 2nd and 4th Tues­day of each month go­ing for­wards.

The lab­o­ra­tory anal­y­sis re­sults (CoA’s) for the SMP are avail­able on re­quest from Mar­ket De­part­ment.

Prior to sub­mit­ting a ten­der, the ap­pli­cant may, with Finnish Food Au­thor­i­tys’ per­mis­sion and at his own ex­pense, in­spect the prod­uct put up for sale.

Registration

Ap­pli­cants for SMP stored in Fin­land must en­sure that they are reg­is­tered with Mar­ket De­part­ment of Finnish Food Au­thor­ity (Reg­is­tra­tion form 561000e. Reg­is­tra­tion form can be printed from Finnish Food Au­thor­i­tys’ web­site, www.ruokavi­rasto.fi). Ap­pli­cants must be VAT reg­is­tered in the Mem­ber State where they are reg­is­tered.

Application

Ap­pli­ca­tions must be sub­mit­ted on form 561572 and be sup­ported by a se­cu­rity of 50EUR/tonne. Ap­pli­ca­tion form can be printed from Finnish Food Au­thor­i­tys’ web­site, www.ruokavi­rasto.fi.

Ap­pli­ca­tions must be for a min­i­mum quan­tity of 20 tons.

Once sub­mit­ted, ap­pli­ca­tions can­not be with­drawn.

Rights and obli­ga­tions from ap­pli­ca­tions are not tras­ferrable.
