The ap­pli­ca­ble reg­u­la­tions are:

Com­mis­sion Im­ple­ment­ing Reg­u­la­tion (EU) 2016/1240 out­lines the pro­vi­sions for buy­ing-in and sell­ing of agri­cul­tural prod­ucts un­der pub­lic in­ter­ven­tion.

Com­mis­sion Im­ple­ment­ing Reg­u­la­tion (EU) 2016/2080 opens the sale of in­ter­ven­tion skimmed milk pow­der (SMP) by a ten­der­ing pro­ce­dure (pub­lished in Of­fi­cial Jour­nal L321).
